Delivery

Time for production
All artwork is made to order and can take up to two weeks to be dispatched. Please contact us if you need prints sooner and we will try to accommodate your request where we can.

Domestic
Collection is available from our studio in person or via a courier that you arrange. When placing your order, please select this option and we will email you to arrange a suitable time.

International
International shipping can be arranged on request; please contact us for rates and timescales before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns
Our returns policy lasts 15 days from receipt of your goods. If 15 days have passed, we will consider your circumstances but can’t automatically offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. All damages should be reported promptly. To arrange a return, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and any relevant information.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available at the customer’s cost, including any additional shipping charges.

How we collect information

Information you give us
When you sign up for our mailing list or buy our products or services, you give us certain information voluntarily. This includes your name, email address, postal address, phone number and any other information you choose to provide. If you buy something, we collect payment information (processed securely by our payment provider), contact information and details of what you bought. If you buy something for someone else, we collect their delivery details and contact information.

Technical information when you visit our website

We take the security of your personal information seriously. When you submit your credit card details to us, we use encryption technology to protect your information. Where a password is required to access certain areas of our digital platforms, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide our services to you and to meet legal or regulatory obligations. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no legal requirement to retain it, we will either remove it from our systems or anonymise it so that you cannot be identified.

Children’s information

Children under 13 are not permitted to use our website. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete that information.

Your rights

You have certain rights in relation to the information we hold about you, including the right to: Request access to the personal information we hold about you. Ask us to correct or delete your information where appropriate.Ask us to stop using your information in certain circumstances. Object to receiving newsletters or marketing communications from us (you can unsubscribe at any time). We normally respond to access requests within 30 days.
